Pathology & Sample Collection

For lab test bookings we collect additional details necessary to schedule sample collection (preferred window, address, consent). Phlebotomists or partner labs may access only the information needed to collect samples and process tests.

Report Storage & Access

Lab reports (PDFs) and test results are stored securely and made available to you via authenticated access. We may use third-party cloud storage providers (e.g. object storage) as processors; access is restricted and logged.

We retain personal and health-related data as long as required for service provision, legal compliance, or legitimate business needs. Where applicable, retention periods (for example, test reports) will be shown at the time of service or in your account settings.

To provide pathology services we share necessary information with partner laboratories, phlebotomists, payment processors, and authorized third-party service providers. We require those partners to follow strict data protection rules.
